Gundog Training The Ethical Way

Really enjoying the online course with our Springador, she is 6 years old so has been subjected to our own training. She’s a good girl and since working with your methods is more focused on me than she was, and seems to enjoy a training session. Really pleased I signed up for the online course and I am sure we will find it invaluable in the future with a puppy (no plans at the moment though).

I'm doing the online version of your programme. I've owned dogs for many years and if dog training was a theory exam, I'd do really well (but it's not es). Although I have the knowledge of the pieces of the jigsaw, I didn't always put everything together correctly, so had many strong behaviours but also weak spots and holes in my training. I have taken both of my adult dogs right back to the beginning and am working through your course methodically, with great results.

Oakley and I enjoyed the course very much. The steps were easy to follow and built on each other, and while Oakley still has a lot to learn he has made a real improvement in the skills over this course.

I liked the way that the training exercises build on what you learnt and practised the week before. This means you're setting a really solid foundation for loose lead walking, steadiness, impulse control, etc.

Acer Gundog Training is honestly just fantastic! I started training with my Vizsla, Goose, last year at just 12 weeks old.

The Puppy and Beginner Gundog Courses have been an absolute life line in learning to handle our young Golden Retriever.

Really well structured and all of the training elements could be easily incorporated into your daily walk.

I found the course and training exceptional and would recommend to anyone who wants to train their dogs

We like the structure of the course and the clear goals that are set for each lesson. The online videos kept us focused. Bella also loves the retrieving which is a new skill for her.

We’ve completed Beginner Foundation and Improvers Courses, over the last 12 weeks wanting to focus on fun stimulation for our dog and heeling and recall for us. We can see a massive improvement thanks to all of the lessons and guidance from Acer.

I really struggled to find structured gundog training that would fit with my work schedule (which makes attending class very difficult) until I stumbled across Acer. The online course is clear and well structured. I cannot recommend Acer highly enough!
